Pegah Ebrahimi is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at FPV Ventures, a $450M early stage fund that backs and serves mission-driven founders.
Pegah Ebrahimi is an advisor to or investor at many category defining companies, including Snyk, Canva, Guild Education, Applyboard, DataRobot and Psi Quantum, where she helps founders and CEOs build their Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook and launch new divisions and markets.
Pegah was the COO of Cisco Collaboration, the largest Saas division at Cisco with $6B+ of revenue and over 5,000 engineers. She built the GTM playbook for the division and oversaw 3 acquisitions that helped scale the business even further. She oversaw the channel network, direct inside sales, data analytics, customer success, and business development teams and was responsible for the overall growth of the division.
Prior to Cisco, Pegah was the COO of Global Technology Banking at Morgan Stanley, and was previously the youngest CIO of Morgan Stanley Investment Banking, leading over 160 engineers and overseeing the bank’s $200m+ digital technology transformation effort, increasing technology satisfaction by 40% and lifting engagement by 11x.
As COO, she also created and ran the NextGen CEO Software Summit, where she brought together the top CEOs of emerging software enterprise companies with Fortune 500 CIOs. Pegah’s first IPO she worked on was Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) in 2003.
Pegah sits on the board of directors at Enovix (NASDAQ: ENVX) and Applyboard as an independent director, and was formerly on board of Gainsight. She holds a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
